Pizza? Wings? Subs? Super!
Especially on Super Bowl Sunday.
This Sunday is sure to be one of the biggest party days of the year with an estimated 188.5 million people expected to watch the Philadelphia Eagles face the reigning champ New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII.
It's the same number of viewers as last year but they're expected to spend more, according to the National Retail Federation's annual Super Bowl Spending Survey, an average of $81 each.
More people are planning to attend a party rather than host one.
The survey estimates 45 million will throw a party and 69 million plan to attend, although not all at the same house. Another 11 million people will watch the game at bars and restaurants.
As for the menu, the National Chicken Council’s annual Chicken Wing Reportestimates Americans will eat 1.35 billion wings this weekend, an all-time high for the unofficial staple of Super Bowl Sunday.
